Trimming press: 4 column press PH4C Trimming

This series of trimming presses is manufactured for light large-area press and punching processes. A possible application of this hydraulic press is trimming of pressed, cast and punched parts made of steel, aluminium, brass or plastics. HIDRALMAC manufactures presses of this type normally with a force up to 125 tons. Heavier machines are also available on customer’s request.

From a table size of 1000 x 1000 mm on all hydraulic trimming presses will be delivered with a maintenance balcony and an access ladder, unless our customers specify something else.

Full hydraulic equipment of the trimming press PH4C trimming is delivered by BOSCH/REXROTH, control and electric components delivered by Siemens and we got all of our safety equipment from SICK.

Basic equipment of the PH4C trimming press includes:

• linear measurement device
• Siemens PLC S7 1200, 1300 or 1500 control
• Siemens 9-inch monitor
• USB port for data transmission
• Remote control for remote maintenance

HIDRALMAC trimming press can be used for both piece and series production. PH4C Trimming presses are manufactured in accordance with EU regulations, the machinery directive 2006/42/EC and the standard DIN EU 693.

PH4C Trimming column presses are used in different sectors of metal, plastics and rubber processing.

Each column press is manufactured depending on precise customers’ requests, custom-made and hence ideal for the particular field of application. HIDRALMAC manufactures PH4C trimming presses from 20 up to 2 000 tons.
