Hydraulic Double Sided Press PHHP

The HIDRALMAC hydraulic double sided presses and also the model PHHP are produced from premium engineering steel. Specially trained welders produce the machine body and in addition bolt it down partially. The construction is designed with 100% stress reserves included. The ram is guided by broad adjustable prisms. The linear guidance of the ram is manufactured with bronze slide sleeves. The cylinders of the double sided press are induction hardened and chrome trimmed.

We deliver all machines with a maintenance balcony and an access ladder, unless our customers specify something else. Full hydraulic equipment of the double sided press is delivered by BOSCH/REXROTH, control and electric components delivered by Siemens and we got all of our safety equipment from SICK.

HIDRALMAC press models PHHP can be used for both, piece and series production. Presses are manufactured in accordance to EU rules, the machinery directive 2006/42/EC and the standard DIN EU 693. HIDRALMAC double sided presses like the model PHHP are used in different sectors of metal, rubber, plastics and wood processing.

The double sided press PHHP is manufactured depending precisely according to customers’ requests, tailor-made with customer-specific size and performance. In addition, presses with adapted ejectors, deep-drawing units, panel heaters or several press levels are always available.
HIDRALMAC manufactures presses with press forces from 10 up to 10 000 tons.
