Hydraulic 4 Column Press PH4C

The most common type of column presses consists of four columns. At this press the ram is guided through four induction hardened, chrome trimmed columns. The linear guidance of the ram consists of greased bronze slide sleeves. Due to the length of the column press bronze jack and the four separated columns the ram does not tilt. Furthermore the induction hardened, chrome trimmed columns do guide the ram very precisely.
HIDRALMAC designed the ram of the 4 column press PH4C for collecting the entire amount of oil from the tank in case of emergency (like the case of leakage from the cylinder). Hydraulic column presses are used for all industrial sectors. HIDRALMAC manufactures column presses up to a performance of 2000 tons.

4 Column presses with adapted ejectors or deep-drawing units are always available. In addition, panel heaters or several press levels are also possible. We produce the PH4C with a maintenance balcony on customer’s request. All column presses with more than 163 tons will be delivered with a maintenance balcony and an access ladder, unless our customers specify something else. Full hydraulic equipment of the column press PH4C is delivered by BOSCH/REXROTH, control and electric components delivered by SIEMENS and we get all of our safety equipment from SICK.

• Siemens PLC S7 1200, 1300 or 1500 control
• Siemens 9-inch touchscreen monitor
• USB port for data transmission
• Remote control for remote maintenance
• Oil cooling

HIDRALMAC column press models like the PH4C can be used for both piece and series production. Presses are manufactured in accordance to EU regulations, the machinery directive 2006/42/EC and the standard DIN EU 693. HIDRALMAC column presses are used in different sectors of metal, rubber, plastics and wood processing.

This column press is manufactured according to precise customer’s requests, tailor-made with customer-specific size and performance. In addition, presses with adapted ejectors, deep-drawing units, panel heaters or several press levels are always available.
HIDRALMAC manufactures 4 Column presses with press forces from 20 to 2 000 tons.
