HIDRALMAC Double Sided Press

The HIDRALMAC hydraulic double sided presses (also known as H-presses) are produced from premium engineering steel. Specially trained welders produce the machine body and in addition bolt it down partially. The construction is designed with 100% stress reserves included. The ram is guided by adjustable prisms. The linear guidance of the ram is manufactured with bronze slide sleeves. The cylinders of the double-sided presses are induction hardened and chrome trimmed.

We deliver all machines with a maintenance balcony and an access ladder, unless our customers have any other wishes.
Full hydraulic equipment is delivered by BOSCH/REXROTH, control and electric components delivered by SIEMENS and we get all of our safety equipment from SICK.

Basic equipment of the H-frame presses:

• Siemens PLC S7 1200, 1300 or 1500 control with
• Siemens 9-inch touchscreen monitor
• USB port for data transmission
• Remote control for remote maintenance
• Oil cooling

HIDRALMAC presses can be used for both piece and series production. Presses are manufactured in accordance to EU rules, the machinery directive 2006/42/EC and the standard DIN EU 693.

Industrial applications of the hydraulic double-sided presses

HIDRALMAC double-sided presses are used in different sectors of metal, rubber, plastics and wood processing. Hydraulic double-sided presses are manufactured depending on precise customers’ requests! Tailor-made presses with customer-specific size and performance are manufactured. Presses with adapted ejectors, deep-drawing units, panel heaters or several press levels are always available. HIDRALMAC provides presses with press forces from 10 up to 10 000 tons.

Some applications of double-sided presses: sheet metal forming, die cutting processes, bonding under pressure, plastic moulding, deep drawing, powder compaction, etc.
Production examples: head-liners for cars, boot trays, side door trims, boxes, brake linings, insulating elements, stampings, bent parts, manufacturing of fittings, salt lick stones, etc.
