4-column press PH4CB as a compact table model

Ideal for manufacturing of prototypes and small parts

The table model of the 4-column press PH4CB is a small version of the common HIDRALMAC 4-column press. These presses are used in different industries, for example different sectors of metal, plastics and rubber processing or in laboratories. Some possible applications include the production of prototypes, small parts, packaging, material testing and welding of components.

HIDRALMAC manufactures column presses of this type with forces up to 20 tons.

Operating mode of a 4-column press

At a 4-column press the ram is guided through four induction hardened, chrome trimmed columns. The linear guidance of the ram consists of greased bronze slide sleeves. Due to the length of the column press bronze jacks and the four separated columns the ram does not tilt. Additionally, the induction hardened chrome trimmed columns do guide the ram very precisely. HIDRALMAC designed the ram of the column press for collecting the entire amount of oil from the tank in case of emergency (like the case of leakage from the cylinder).

HIDRALMAC customers have the opportunity to adapt this press to their precise needs. The table model can for example be adapted with ejectors, deep-drawing units, panel heaters or several press levels.

• USB port for data transmission
• Remote control for remote maintenance

The compact press for small parts and prototypes

HIDRALMAC column press table model can be used for both piece and series production. Presses are manufactured in accordance with EU regulations, the machinery directive 2006/42/EC and the standard DIN EU 693.
