HIDRALMAC hydraulic vulcanising and heating presses

Individually configured according to customer’s needs

The vulcanising and heating presses comprise an important portion of the total HIDRALMAC production. Depending on the application vulcanising presses are based on typical column presses, double sided presses or c-frame presses. Machines are equipped customer-specific with heating or cooling units, or up to 10 press plates. Machines with ejectors and deep drawing units are also available. A maintenance balcony can be added on request. HIDRALMAC manufactures vulcanising presses up to a performance of 2000 tons. Presses are manufactured in accordance to EU regulations, the machinery directive 2006/42/EC and the standard DIN EU 693.

For hydraulic equipment we fully rely on BOSCH/REXROTH´s know how, while control and electric components are delivered by SIEMENS and safety equipment is supplied by SICK.

Basic equipment of vulcanising and heating presses includes:

• SIEMENS PLC S7 1200, 1300 or 1500 control with
• SIEMENS 9-inch touchscreen monitor
• USB port for data transmission
• Remote control for remote maintenance
• Oil cooling

HIDRALMAC heating presses can be used for both piece and series production in all industrial sectors. It is often used in shoe and plastics processing, for production of brake linings and in laboratories.
